I can't tell you how tempted I am to write a story about Brennan and Booth getting ymarried after they have sex one time during which they both take their pants off over their heads after dancing maniacally to Hot Blooded while eating macaroni and cheez and Thai food mixed together and Brennan gets pregnant and finds that out the VERY NEXT MORNING cuz she starts puking at the lab and then they will be having twins and plz to be living happily ever after forever OMG in their house of tru wuv except for the one time when Cam--that eViL biatch--comes over and tries to kill Brennan and her bebes because she is so jealous of their love and she has never gotten over SeeLY Booth. But SeElY gets there just in time and shoots her. Then Sully arrives and...

Haha, those reviews cracked me up. Especially the ones that told the author to ignore the bad ones because pshh, what do those people know about the laws of physics/nature/writing? It was obviously meant to be an AU fic, in a universe far far away.

You forgot the part with the conversation where Booth is all worried about Brennan not wanting kids but it's okay because she suddenly doesn't mind at all that she's pregnant and thinks that being a mom is going to be the greatest challenge of her life and even her work won't be anywhere near as important now b/c she has the kids who are the cutest babies ever to be seen and Seeley (not Booth) to protect her from all of the big bad men that are out there in the world. *SQUEEEEEE!*

The bad fic reviews are almost as funny as the bad fics themselves. I laugh, but then I feel bad about it, cause I have a confession to make: I read quite a lot of fanfic, but I rarely, if ever, leave reviews.

From what I can tell, that's what the vast majority of people do. Don't know if that should make you feel better or worse. *g* Fanfic writers consistently commiserate about how few comments they get relative to the number of hits they get on their stories.

I've been having so much trouble finding really good Bones!fic. I don't know if it's the age of a fandom, or simply that the good writers are off doing something else (the exception being you, of course :)

My previous fandom was Buffy, and there were many good writers and absolutely wonderful authors. Folks who knew the difference between 'we're', 'where' and 'were', could keep characters within character, and understood proper punctuation and paragraph formation.

I just miss the days where I could spend hours poring over great writing, without coming across any "I toatlly suck at sumaries but read anyway... dont forget to R&R!!"

That's right 2. He fell over the back of the sofa (doing his regular stuntman routine) and landed awkwardly on the exercise bike. We feel so guilty! Was at the ED with him 'til gone midnight last night. He has a dear little cast and was very brave. Doesn't stop me hating myself though!
