I think I'm sick.  Nothing major, but I feel crappy.  And I'm in a terrible mood.  Grouchy as all hell.  Grr...  Argh...  :(

The first six ten (?!) people who respond to this post with a prompt will might get a Booth, Brennan, or Booth AND Brennan fic of at least 100 words written for them.  ETA:  Oh, hell.  Whoever wants to, leave a prompt or prompts, and I will try to write you a Booth, Brennan, or Booth AND Brennan fic of at least 100 words.  Um, I'll have it ready by... Sunday, March 30th at the latest.  That seems like a safe date.  Under promise and over deliver.  Yadda yadda yadda.  This is probably just a really unsafe thing to say, so I'm going to revise this to say that I'll have my responses ready when I can.

I know you were joking, but oh, dear God. I'll tell you a secret; for some time now, I've been tempted to write that--just to see if I could do it in a way that didn't make me say, "That's not Booth and Brennan; who are the characters in this story?"

But it would have to be a long-ish fic in order to do the plot any justice, and I currently have too many of those to finish. Oneshots are safer at this point. *g*

Brennan meeting Booth's family isn't lame at all. It's one of those things that should happen at some point. For parity's sake, if nothing else. We've seen so much of Brennan's, after all. The show has left Booth as a bit of an enigma.

I was thinking about any friendly situation, B&B feeling comfortable and laughing, and one of them (any) would make some kind of display of affection that confused them both. Saying 'I love you' without thinking, of a kiss on the cheek, and then suddenly they both don't know what to say or what to do.

I think Chandler once did that to Monica (he said "I love you"), they both stopped talking, and then he denied everything, but they were a couple at the time and was different.

I didn't have time before to search, but this would be the Chandler and Monica scene I talked about before. Of course I don't expect any of them to put a turkey on their heads (I didn't remember that :P), but just focus on Chandler's reaction at 0:30 more or less. Something like that was what I meant. I was not sure of having explained it right the first time, blame it on my poor English. ;)

Er, for a prompt, the other day I was thinking, wouldn't it be hysterical if Bones and Booth were going out, and Brennan's Dad and brother found out? Lol... this is probably very silly of me because I haven't read your fic in ages (there is a HOLE in my SOUL but here I am) as I'm waiting for an acceptable time to rewatch S3 before the next episode cos, like I said, I've lost their voices.

But still, I wanna claim some Brennan fic! And would it be wrong of me to poke you for it to be an exploration of her sexual preferences? *LOL COULD I BE ANY MORE POLITICALLY CORRECT?!?! Sorry, when you're avoiding the word 'femslash' in a prompt, everything else you write automatically becomes hilarious* I mean, she goes on about being an anthropologist, being open to everything and trying everything. And I think that might be a part of her naturally (or maybe not! Oh, poking around Brennan's psyche is fun...) so even without the obvious desire to investigate when homosexuality comes up, I think Brennan would be interested in experiencing new things from a personal perspective.

And also you mentioned you might be open to writing it once upon a time so, you know, here I am *grins*
