Every so often I'll read something that perfectly captures how I feel at that specific moment. Today it's the following poem, which was posted at exceptindreams , where the maintainer posts a poem a day:

Wow, I had to sit and think about this for awhile, which I guess might be the point.

I would say "by writing, taking each day as it comes, and embracing those around me."

I'd say by being brave, by doing what we don't feel confident about, what scares us. What it is will differ from person to person as we feel insecure about and fear different things.

By actively appreciating the past - both good and bad - since it has shaped me into the person that I am today. And, also, by never fearing to leap, even before knowing if the ground will be there to stop my fall.
