Season 1 Two Bodies in the Lab for obvious reasons. *g* Season 2 Tied Judas on a Pole for Duchovny's direction and how he brought the best out of David and The Man in the Mansion which has a poor plot but was a good ensemble piece for group dynamics. Actually, I liked most of Season 2 in retrospect apart from the Sully arc which, for me, just didn't work. Season 3 Very tricky but the one I enjoyed the most was Mummy in the Maze although all the rest shown so far have had great bits in them especially the Gormogon ones.
I haven't decided what Booth's facial expression meant in the hospital kiss scene; maybe 'What do I do now?'; 'She's crossed the line.'; 'This could be the end of a beautiful friendship'; or 'Don't react, she'll misinterpret it - or I have not understood what she's doing'; or 'I don't know what that means.'
