I generally feel that telling Booth/Brennan stories from Angela's POV is a quick 'n dirty go-to for Bones fanfic writers, but I actually really like this. The length lends itself remarkably well to the perspective; any longer and I usually begin to think it's third person omniscient disguising itself in Angela's conversation style. I absolutely adore the paint mixing bit--it reminds me of the many beautiful paint color-related analogies in the novel Girl with a Pearl Earring. It also exemplifies the freshness I love so much about your writing. How many clichéd ways have we read blue eyes described? Your words and your colors are yours and yours only and I love that.

And you also get bonus points for imagery of Booth bending Bones over a stainless steel lab bench because that is hot. Thanks for sharing. :)
