I often think about Brennan stopping saying 'Don't call me Bones', what if Booth asked her why she did? Would she have an answer that didn't compromise/reveal her feelings? Am I understandable at all? ;)

I understand exactly what you meant. Hmmm... That's actually an interesting idea. She could always insist that she just got used to the name and therefore stopped noticing his use of it, but I don't think he'd believe her anyway. ;)
